Hon. Dr. Chris Baryomunsi is a Ugandan physician, public health specialist, demographer, and politician. He currently serves as the Minister for ICT and National Guidance in the Ugandan government. He is also the elected Member of Parliament for Kinkizi County East, representing the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party.
